We appreciate that all landlords' requirements are not the same, and our services can be tailored to fit particular needs. All of our tenants are working professionals and are fully vetted prior to acceptance for any property. However, we cannot be held responsible for tenants that default and we strongly recommend the use of a rental warranty policy that will cover the normal monthly payments should your tenant default for any reason. Homematch takes pride in the level of service we provide to landlords, and our current clients are more than happy to provide references.
