NO FEES - Tenant Fee Ban

No pushes to keep renewing our financial model already suits the incoming fee bans. Plus new legislation for suing landlord that do not want to repair items the net is closing fast on bad property and bad landlords and we welcome this as we pride ourselves as agnets to care for your property as it's ASSET. As a cost accoutant i know if you look after your asset in the shorter term it realise you better returns in the longer game of property ownership.

 

Its a symbiotic relatiosship renting homes to people. Especially with over 40% of #Nottingham is on the rental market and growing due to inaffordable finance.

From March 2019, tenants have the right to sue their landlord if rented home is unfit for habitation

The Homes Bill was passed by the House of Lords and received Royal Assent shortly before Parliament broke up at the end of December.
