Homematch Limited have attended various meeting on this situation via EMPO - East Midlands Property Owners. We are also members of National landlords associations and as Landlords ourselves have been watching this progress and by ensuring we have completed the works to our own properties first we will have first hand knowledge of how it all works for you.

 

 

Homematch are in the process of assessing all relevant paperwork required and sourcing supplier for all your needs.  Our current landlords will be emailed direct  but we welcome those landlord that self manage for extra services or maybe maintenance callout / logs while you control your own rent collection?

Under a managing agents most issues should be covered inrespect of day to day managment but landlords will ahve to apply and meet certain criteria.
