The Yellow House is situated in a village just outside Burgas above the international airport. For those wishing to feel part of traditional Bulgarian village life whilst living in a fully equipped modern property and within easy reach of almost any desired pastime or activity, then this may be the holiday property for you.
The Yellow House is made up of two identical properties, each offering;

Entertainment room which can also be used as a bedroom.
Wetroom on each floor.
There are balconies to the rear on each floor facing south-west and have the sun from 10 am until sunset.
Outside there is a spacious garden with a 10m x 6m swimming pool

8x4 metre sun canopy over the large pool terrace.

ACTIVITIES
Easy access to beach resorts, historical settlements of Nessebar and Sozopol and the bustling city of Burgas with its well developed shopping and cafe/restaurant street life.
Look out for eagles, hawks,storks raising their family, Golden Orioles, woodpeckers, swifts, dragon flies, many different butterflies and other wild animals and insects in this rural environment yet still be very close to the sea.
Sailing, Horse Riding, Walking, Biking, Bird Watching, Fishing and many other activities are available locally.
The 10 metre yacht is based in the wonderful new marina on the edge of the historic town of Sozopol with easy access to all amenities. Sailing days include include sight seeing, fishing, swimming, collecting shellfish etc. It is possible to stay overnight on the boat in Sozopol marina with the bars and restaurants within 5-10 minute walk.
A sailing day on a 10 metre yacht ( no charge-weather permitting ) and sailboards, power kite and mountain bikes are available for a small extra charge.
Burgas can be reached in 10 minutes by car and the nearest beach is 10 minutes by car.
There is plentiful walking in the area surrounding the property.
The resorts of Nessebar and Sunny Beach are less than 20 minutes by car.
