DPS Dispute charges
All solicitors fees will be charged at cost. Generally £10 to sign the evidence statement prepared by ourselves.
General Admin fee for visit to solicitor £20
General Admin fee for copying of all evidence £30
General Admin fee for post & recorded delviery (Evidence has been lost in previous cases by DPS) £10
Admin fee capped @ £50 to prepare case & paperwork to lodge with DPS
Total fees £120 + Vat per initial application
Thereafter; If the dispute continues charges ar levied at £10 per hour for admin plus any fees.
