All agents of Homematch have owned and managed tenanted property for themselves.

All our viewings are accompanied and are can be carried between 9am & 7pm on weekdays.
Saturdays 9am to 5pm
Sundays 9am to 5pm as required.

Homematch provides a fast, cost effective solution to renting out residential property.
We appreciate that all landlords' requirements are not the same, and our services can be tailored to fit particular needs. All of our tenants are working professionals unless you stipulate your acceptance of other situations. All are fully vetted prior to acceptance for any property. However, we cannot be held responsible for tenants that default and we strongly recommend the use of a rental warranty policy that will cover the normal monthly payments should your tenant default for any reason.

OPTION 1 - TENANT FIND ONLY SERVICE £250 +vat

- All original information handed over for your records inc. a financial statement.
EXTRA SERVICES (Un-managed)

- Tenant check-in/out £60 + Vat
- Meter readings & advisement to all amenities & council tax authorities £60 + Vat
- Key Holding £20 per month
- Adhoc inspections/visits £60 + Vat
- Full inventory £60 + Vat
- Corgi Certificates £65 + Vat
- EPC £60 + Vat This fee will become payable upon the signing by the tenant/s of the Tenancy Agreement as above, and will be deducted from the monies received by any incoming tenant.
OPTION 2 - RENT ASSURED £300 +vat
D-I-Y management with built-in peace of mind All of the same features of our LET ONLY service but with the additional security of a 6 month rental default warranty.
OPTION 3 - FULL LET & MANAGEMENT SERVICE 10% + vat
Our complete worry-free service! All of the features of our LET ONLY service but with the addition of our full management services including;
- Rent Collection monthly AST agreement Inventory on furnished property Inspection reports and recommendations six monthly @ £50 + Vat ~ we are happy to complete them quarterly if requested.
- 1st port of call leaving you stress free (we are your tenants contact in an emergency)
- Maintenance management & Key-holder service
- Tenancy Deposit Stakeholder service
- DPS Monthly financial statements
