All our viewings are accompanied and are can be carried between 9am & 6pm on weekdays.

All of our tenants are working professionals unless you stipulate your acceptance of other situations. All are fully vetted prior to acceptance for any property. However, we cannot be held responsible for tenants that default and we strongly recommend the use of a rental warranty policy that will cover the normal monthly payments should your tenant default for any reason.

  • 12 months full rental guarantee £275 dependant on credit check.
  • Tenant check-in/out £65 each
  • Meter readings & advisement to all amenities & council tax authorities £60 
  • Key Holding £20 per month 
  • Adhoc inspections/visits £65

  • Gas safe Certificates £75 
  • EPC £50 This fee will become payable upon the signing by the tenant/s of the Tenancy Agreement as above, and will be deducted from the monies received by any incoming tenant.
  • Release of Deposit £30 
  • Transfer of Deposit to another scheme £30 
  • Involvement of any DPS correspondence @ £10 per hour
  • Involvement in any DPS negotiation £20 per hour 

OPTION 3 - FULL LET & MANAGEMENT SERVICE 10%  - negotiable on location & number of properties in portfolio @£275

Our complete worry-free service! All of the features of our LET ONLY service but with the addition of our full management services including;

  • Rent Collection monthly AST agreement Inventory only on un-furnished property.      Inspection reports and recommendations six monthly @£60 per inspection ~ we are happy to complete them quarterly if requested. #Nottingham Selective Licensing insists 6 monthly.
  • 1st port of call leaving you stress free (we are your tenants contact in an emergency)

Non-resident landlord declarations
