Do it your way / Extension Packs
When you buy a house at Mas Llunes you get the oportunity to have your say and pick out the finer details that can really make a house your home. Here's an outline of what's available:
Extension Pack
Once you have decided on the model of house you would like, you can add to it the Extension Pack,
designed either to increase the garage space from one to two cars or to increase the floor area of the
house by between 15 and 40 m2, or one more room, depending on the model chosen, or both options,
a larger garage and a greater floor area.

Environmentally Friendly Pack
Although all our projects are designed to respect the environment, if you wish you can enhance this
sustainability by selecting the following options from the Enviromentally-friendly Pack:
- BLINDS WITH ORIENTABLE SLATS. In windows that receive a lot of sunlight, we can fit
orientable slats so that you can control how much light enters your home.
- EXTENSION OF SOLAR PANELS. All the houses are equipped with solar panels to produce
sanitary hot water and also with radiant floors. With this extension of the solar panels, you can also
use this energy for heating, saving between 30% and 60% of energy costs.
- RAINWATER TANK This option includes a rainwater tank to give you a reserve of water for 30
days, primarily for watering plants. This tank is fully equipped with pump, self-cleaning entry filter, etc.
It can be installed in a basement or garage or buried in the ground.
- GREYWATER TREATMENT PLANT. All the houses are equipped with a pre-installation to treat
non-faecal waters from bathtubs, showers and washbasins. With this option you can install a
treatment plant to reuse these waters in your sanitary fittings or washing machine, or for cleaning your
house and watering your plants, saving 50% of your water consumption.
LUXURY PACK
If you wish, you can personalise your home by adding a series of accessories to make it even more
comfortable. We have grouped them into what we call the Luxury Pack:
- ELECTRIC BLINDS. Electric motors can be fitted to all the blinds of the house.
- AIR-CONDITIONING. All the houses are equipped with pre-installation for air-conditioning, but this
Pack includes all the necessary units to have your home air-conditioned from day one.
- PRE-INSTALLED ALARM SYSTEM. Everything you need for a secure alarm system. All you need to do is contract an alarm service with
a security company of your choice.
- AUTOMATED GATE AND GARAGE DOOR. With a two-button remote control, you can
automatically open both the outside gate and the garage door.
- FIREPLACE. One of the advantages of living in the country is being able to enjoy a fireplace in your
living room. With this Pack we leave it ready to use.
- CENTRALISED VACUUM CLEANER. Using the ducts distributed around the house you can clean
your home with a high-power unit located in the garage, eliminating noise and simplifying the task to a
minimum.
Swimming Pool Pack
With the Swimming Pool Pack we will install a swimming pool in your garden, including:
- Earthworks: creation of the hole for fitting the pool.
- Concrete slab and walls for settling the pool.
- Polyester basin of 6m x 3m x 1.7m depth with built-in steps.
- 30m2 platform of high-quality maintenance-free synthetic wood made by a prestigious German
firm.
