1 / Pick your spot

A choice of plots are available allowing you to choose the size, view and positioning of your home with ongoing architectural advice in the location of your choice.

There are dozens of plots available ranging from 800m² to 1500m².

All plots have exceptional views of the Pyrenees in a rural setting, so you can decide the ideal location of your home within your chosen plot to find your perfect view.

2 / Choose Your House Model

The developers have devised a customisable range of house model for you to choose from, knows as New Projects. These are built completely to your specifications, and can be modified with a wide range of extensions and optional add-ons.

There are also a number of pre-built homes ready to be moved into. Even at this stage, you can modify and change the house to suit forr taste, including moving interior walls, adding extensions and other add-ons. Click here for an updated list.

There are five basic house models, each with a different and unique design. We have included basic guide prices for each house type. Detailed floor plans and in-depth specifications for each house design model type are available in the downloadable Electronic Info Pack in PDF format.

3 / Enhance your home

Once you have chosen your desired house model, more choices are available to you to further enhance your home.

3a / Expansion Packs

Expansion Packs allow you to expand your home according to your needs with a multi purpose space, an extra garage or both. The table below outlines the options available for each House Model.

3b / the Environmental Pack

Even though all the homes @ Mas Llunes are designed to respect its beautiful surroundings, you can further enhance this sustainability by choosing from the following options for the Environmental Pack.

• BLINDS WITH ORIENTABLE SLATS In windows that receive a lot of sunlight, we can fit moveable slats so that you can control how much light enters your home.
• EXTENSION OF SOLAR PANELS All the houses are equipped with solar panels to produce sanitary hot water and also with radiant floors. With this extension of the solar panels, you can also
  use this energy for heating, saving between 30% and 60% of energy costs.
• RAINWATER TANK This option includes a rainwater tank to give you a reserve of water for 30 days, primarily for watering plants. This tank is fully equipped with pump, self-cleaning entry filter, etc. It can be installed in a basement or garage or buried in the ground.
• GREYWATER TREATMENT PLANT All the houses are equipped with a pre-installation to treat
  non-septic water from bathtubs, showers and washbasins. With this option you can install a treatment plant to reuse any waters in your sanitary fittings or washing machine, or for cleaning your house and watering your plants, saving 50% of your water consumption.

3C / THE LUXURY PACK

If you wish, you can further personalise your home by adding a a series of accessories to make it even more comfortable. These are grouped into what is known as The Luxury Pack.

• ELECTRIC BLINDS Electric motors can be fitted to all the blinds of the house
• AIR-CONDITIONING All the houses are equipped with pre-installation for air-conditioning, but this
  Pack includes all the necessary units to have your home air-conditioned from day one
• PRE-INSTALLATION ALARM We leave everything ready for you to contract an alarm service with
  the company of your choice
• AUTOMATED GATE AND GARAGE DOOR With a two-button remote control, you can automatically open both the outside gate and the garage door
• FIREPLACE One of the advantages of living in the country is being able to enjoy a fireplace in your
  living room. With this Pack we leave it ready to use.
• CENTRALISED VACUUM CLEANER Using the ducts distributed around the house you can clean
  your home with a high-power unit located in the garage, eliminating noise and simplifying the task to a minimum.

3d / swimming pool pack

As the name suggests, the Swimming Pool Pack we will install a swimming pool in your garden, including:

• Earthworks: creation of the hole for fitting the pool Concrete slab and walls for settling the pool.
• Polyester basin of 6m x 3m x 1.7m depth with built-in steps
• 30m² of platform of high-quality maintenance-free synthetic wood made by a prestigious German
  firm.

4 / The Final Touches

Once the blueprint for the house is finalised you can apply your own personal touches to your home, including:

• Interior and exterior wall and floor tiles
• Paint colour
• Kitchen design
• Perimeter gates??
• Exterior lighting??
